Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Tilly Takano Coaching & Teaching.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any service or product.
1. Coaching Sessions
All coaching sessions are considered reserved time and are therefore non-refundable.
Clients may request to reschedule a coaching session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be declined at our discretion.
Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable and may be forfeited.
2. Group Coaching Programs
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant sales page, payments for group coaching programs are non-refundable.
Any program-specific refund terms displayed on the sales page take precedence over this general Refund Policy.
3. Digital Products
Digital products, downloadable resources, workbooks, templates, recordings, and online courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.
4. Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
Members may cancel future renewals at any time. Access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
5. Exceptions
If Tilly Takano Coaching & Teaching is unable to deliver a purchased service, a refund, credit, or alternative arrangement may be offered at our discretion.
